What are the delivery times and costs?
Tracked delivery is free for purchases of €50 or more in France and the European Union (€7.90 in France and €9.90 in the rest of the European Union for orders below this amount), and for purchases of €150 or more to other destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery in France and the European Union. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon dispatch.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. The return conditions are detailed in our general terms and conditions of sale.
What warranty covers my case?
All our cases are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. If you have any issues, please write to us with your order number and, if possible, a photo or short video of the defect found.
What is the difference between a watch winder and a watch box?
A watch box protects and showcases your collection. A winder also rotates your automatic watches so they stay wound and on time. For a quartz watch, or a watch you wear every day, a box is enough.
